  • Subscription Fees: Charged immediately upon subscribing, or per the charging model selected by Knoxi. Fees are debited monthly (approximately every thirty (30) days).
  • Foreign Transaction Fees: May apply depending on your location and your financial institution’s policies.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Where applicable, VAT is added based on the Subscriber’s location.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Purchases: An unintended or duplicate purchase.
  • Technical Issues: Extended technical errors, outside of your control, that prevent you from accessing the content.
  • Account Access Problems: If Knoxi loses the ability to post or control their account for reasons outside of their control.

8.6. Impact on Subscriptions

Repeated Refund Requests: Users who request multiple refunds may have their account blocked, and future refund requests may be denied.

8.7. Compliance with SubscribeStar Policies

This Refund Policy is designed to complement and comply with SubscribeStar’s Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between these terms and SubscribeStar’s policies, SubscribeStar’s Refund Policy prevails.

9. Content Ownership and Licensing

9.1. Ownership

Unless otherwise credited in a description (for example, as a collaboration), all content posted on Knoxi.Art is the exclusive property of Knoxi.

9.2. Licensing

By using the Service, you grant Knoxi.Art a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from your comments and interactions on the platform, solely for the purpose of operating the Service. User-generated content is limited to your display name, display tag, profile picture (sourced from SubscribeStar), and comments.

10.2. Content Moderation

We operate a reporting system for comments. If a comment receives multiple reports for being racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQ+, rude/harassing, illegal, or spammy, it will be automatically hidden pending review. Knoxi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Knoxi.Art for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Reposting user-exclusive content to other websites.
  • Using workarounds to circumvent payment systems.
  • Engaging in excessively rude or abusive behavior toward Knoxi or other Users.
  • Sharing private or sensitive information without consent.

12. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content that, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

  • Comments and Likes: Used for interaction and engagement on the platform.
  • Other Data: Used for account creation and authorization with SubscribeStar.

14.3. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not share your personal data with any third parties under any circumstances. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Terms and as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability
